Massage Therapy

Massage treatments, including Indian Head ​Massage and Reflexology, can be totally how ​you want them. You can mix Massage with ​Reflexology for example. You choose what will ​best suit your needs to ease your areas of ​stress, or to treat knotted muscles, pressure ​points, nerve pain, cellulite, lymph drainage etc. ​From your whole body, to your hands and feet, ​or face, neck and scalp.

Indian Head Massage

This is a very moving and effective therapy used ​in stress management. The massage is ​performed in a specifically designed, fully ​supportive chair. Its aim is to relieve stress, thus ​promoting calming relaxation and a feeling of ​well-being. It can be performed over clothing if ​preferred; on the upper arms, back, shoulders, ​neck, ears, face and head, with or without the ​use of essential oils.

Reflexology

This treatment is a pressure massage performed ​to the feet, which activates the natural healing ​powers in your body, thus helping in the ​elimination of unwanted toxins and impurities. ​Full treatment includes a foot and lower let ​massage.

Hot Stone Therapy

A unique, therapeutic massage, using warmed, ​smooth Basalt (volcanic) stones, which has been ​scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. ​The heat of the stones penetrates deep into the ​muscles which helps relieve pain and tension ​and improves blood circulation throughout the ​body.

Facials

Specific pressure point massage using Disciple ​facial products that work not only on the surface ​of the skin, but the botanical adaptogen rich ​formulas help the body and mind deal with ​internal stress, which improves your body’s ​ability to help rebalance hormones.

Waxing Treatments​

Waxing is a temporary method of hair removal. ​The treatment lasts approximately 4-6 weeks, ​depending on how quickly your hair growth, and ​due to the regrowth of hair being fine-ended, it ​feels much softer in texture than shaving.

Hair must be at least 1/2 cm (1/4") long for the ​treatment to be effective.

Dry Body Brushing

Body brushing is now available on its ​own, or prior to, and included in your ​individual massage treatments. There ​are many health benefits to dry body ​brushing, so please ask for my new ​info sheet, which will explain them all.

Mani or Pedi

Nails and cuticles tidied, shaped and ​buffed. An exfoliating treatment,

followed by a warm hand or

foot soak and relaxing massage.

(Pedi uses Natural Look CoolFeet

products).

E​ar Candling

This is a safe, effective, and an ​alternative, pain free method of ​removing wax and debris from the ​ears. Hand-crafted candles using the ​finest AU 100% bees wax and 100% ​cotton ribbons.

Please note ~ I use Fractionated Coconut Oil for all my massage treatments, with both pure and blended doTerra essential oils.

I also use Infra-red Therapy for added benefits, and have the use of machines for deep tissue work.
